With this pizza fit recipe, forget about the diet

Do not fool us all like pizza, especially if it is fresh from the oven, warm … And this Italian dish is the star of many meetings. It is almost always our favorite option the day we have free meals. But due to the flours, cheese, and other ingredients, eating pizza becomes almost a sin if we are on a diet.

When you follow a diet it must be varied and as complete as possible. In this way, you will avoid anxiety or excessive desire to eat. If during the week you eat boringly and are not motivated, it is very difficult for you to achieve your goals. So try to be creative with your dishes, and you will see that eating healthy is not synonymous with boring eating.

Today we present a delicious recipe for Vikika, who else could have something like that? It is a pizza fit, so you eat without regrets.

The recommended measures are for two people. If you want to make an individual pizza you only have to reduce the measures in half.

Ingredients

For the base

1/2 cauliflower

3 cans of low salt tuna

4-5 egg whites

Himalayan pink salt

Filling

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

1 carrot

1/2 sweet onion

1 tablespoon corn without sugar or salt added

1 natural tomato

2 handfuls of rolled mushrooms (to taste)

2 tablespoons light mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon low-calorie barbecue sauce Servivita

Oregano

2 tablespoons fried tomato without salt or added sugar

PREPARATION

Base:

To start, we put the cauliflower in the microwave for 15 minutes. In this way, it is cooked and at the same time dehydrated.

After 15 minutes, place the chopped cauliflower, egg whites, salt, and 3 tuna cans drained in a glass blender. We beat until all the dough is homogeneous, you will have to help yourself with a spatula because it is quite thick.

Once we have the dough, preheat the oven to 200ºC. On a baking sheet, we place baking paper and grease with olive oil and a napkin to spread it all over the paper.

We pour the mixture and spread well throughout the tray trying to get a fine and equal base throughout the tray.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until we see that it is all cooked and with a golden color.

After that, we remove the base from the oven and add the sauce that we have prepared. We put some slices of natural tomato on top and spread the cheese on top.

Bake for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and go. Sprinkle oregano to taste and enjoy!

For the sauce:

To start we cut the carrot, peppers, onion, and mushrooms into small pieces or thin strips according to taste. Once we have the ingredients prepared, we grease a pan with olive oil and sauté them by adding the corn as well.

When preparing the sauce you have to pour the natural tomato and a few drops of sweetener and mix well.

Once the vegetables are cooked, after about 15 minutes over medium-high heat, add the prepared sauce. We stir everything well and, after extinguishing the fire, let the vegetables rest in the fire.
